Do you have a pick up area?

Yes. We have two pick-up locations in San Juan, PR. One in Hato Rey, and another in Paseo Caribe. Directions to each are in the Contact page.

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your shipped order by entering the tracking number link located your shipping notification email at the following web adress:

https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction

What are preorders?

Preorder items are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive at a later date which can be found on the product page. By placing a preorder item, you are reserving your product to be sent to you as soon as we receive it. 

Payment is charged when your order is placed.

Each individual product page will be updated with any changing information regarding ship date. 

Is shipping secure?

Yes! All our packages are carefully shipped by the USPS. We will refund any order that may be lost by the USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address

When will my order arrive?

You may request same-day pick up of your order during weekdays. For shipped orders, you should expect a 1-2 business day processing time, and 1-2 days of shipping time in Puerto Rico, and 5-6 days of shipping time for US orders.

What if I have a question about an item?

We are available to answer all your questions and help you select your ideal size. Contact us via chat, email, and social messaging!

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Yes, we accept returns for store credit! Start the process within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the original condition, not worn, altered and free of stains or makeup residue. Please read our full Returns and Refunds Policy for additional details.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed. You can however cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped. After cancelling your order, you can then place a new order with any changes you wish to make. To cancel your order, please contact us at sales@olgabeach.com
